Jewish Holidays

For centuries, the Jewish people have celebrated the holy days, or festivals, God established when Moses spoke with him face to face on Mount Sinai. Jesus celebrated them every year both as a child and as an adult. Many things changed when Jesus established the New Covenant with His death and resurrection. With the birth of the Church at Pentecost, the holy days of God’s people changed.

Nevertheless, there are connections between the New Covenant and the Old Covenant in all the Jewish holy days. The devotions in this section explore those connections.
